Exam Day Guidelines


1. Reach the Exam Center on Time


Candidates must arrive at the test center at least 90 minutes before the scheduled time. Late entries are strictly prohibited, so ensure you plan your travel accordingly.

2. Carry Essential Documents


It is mandatory to carry the CAT admit card and a valid photo ID proof (Aadhar card, copyright, voter ID, or copyright). Without these, entry to the exam hall will not be permitted.

3. Dress Code & Personal Belongings


Candidates should wear simple clothing without pockets or large accessories. Items like watches, jewelry, electronic devices, and calculators are not allowed inside the exam hall.

4. Follow COVID-19 Guidelines (if applicable)


Depending on current health guidelines, candidates may be required to wear masks, maintain social distancing, and undergo thermal screening.

5. Adhere to Exam Hall Rules


Once inside the hall, candidates must follow the instructions given by the invigilators. The use of rough sheets for calculations is allowed, but they must be returned after the test.
